I love food. Therefore, I’m not a believer in counting calories, dieting, detoxes, or rigid plans. My approach in counseling is to help you create realistic nutrition habits that you want to fit into your lifestyle and schedule. This includes balancing your favorite foods and treats with those that will nourish and sustain you throughout your daily routine. I focus on eating intuitively and recognizing the human relationship to food so that the choices you make throughout the day will be thoughtful and meaningful.
