Many insurance plans will cover my services at 100% and consider nutrition counseling a preventative service.  Out of state plans usually transfer to in-state benefits.

Please contact me to better understand what is covered under your insurance policy. Other insurance companies may reimburse for nutrition services by a licensed registered dietitian. If you would like to file a claim with your insurance for out of network services, a Superbill will be provided with all the necessary information. It will be your responsibility to pursue reimbursement.

All fees/ co-payments are due at the time that services are rendered. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. There is a 3% service charge for processing credit card payments.
